Mikumi National Park, Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve), and Zanzibar host unbelievable holidays in Tanzania. On this adventure, you will enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife in Tanzania and the amazing islands of Zanzibar with their white powdery sand beaches, culture, and history.
We will pick you up from the airport, hotel, or ferry and drive to Mikumi National Park, which is approximately a 6-hour drive. We will stop in Morogoro for lunch. On arrival at Mikumi National Park, you will immediately start the afternoon game drive until sunset. You will then be transferred to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay at Mikumi Park Cottage.

After breakfast, we start on a full-day game drive to spot animals in Mikumi National Park. One of Mikumi's features is that it's stretched across a big plain so you can spot many animals. This part hosts different animal species, like lions, elephants, buffalos, impalas, zebras, and many other wild animals. After a half-day game drive, you will enjoy your lunch at the picnic campsite in Mikumi National Park. Finally, in the evening, you will visit the Massai village (boma), then head to Camp Bastian Mikumi for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will wake up early and enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature and animals. After breakfast, we will drive to Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve). Upon arrival, you will have lunch and start with an afternoon Rufiji River to encounter a large number of hippos, crocodiles, and more than 250 bird species that have been recorded in Selous. These are typical Miombo woodlands, and the birdlife supported by the Rufiji swamplands is particularly interesting. Then, you will then head to Mloka Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you go for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch box in the national park. During lunchtime, you will enjoy lunch at the picnic site chosen by your tour guide. After your picnic lunch and some relaxation, you continue the game drive until the evening and return for dinner and an overnight stay at Mloka Safari Lodge.
Start the day with a morning walking safari that takes around two and a half hours. After that, you return to your camp and have your breakfast. Relax and enjoy the lodge's environment, then drive back to Dar es Salaam Airport for an air transfer or ferry terminal to Zanzibar.
