Itinerary

Day 1-2: Serengeti National Park

You will take an air transfer to Serengeti National Park, depending on whether you are going to Arusha, Dar es Salaam, or Zanzibar. The air transfer for this particular excursion departs from Arusha. We are able to change the air transfer cost if you are flying from a different location.

There is nothing like the Serengeti. It is well-known for its expansive grasslands, which provide great opportunities to see wildlife. For millions of years, its vegetation and climate have not changed. The yearly great migration is the Serengeti's most well-known event, despite its wealth of animals. Every year, a great number of wildebeest travel across the land in search of new grazing, accompanied by a sizable number of zebras and antelopes. Every year, the patterns of rainfall determine the exact time of the migration. You'll stay at Serengeti National Park for two nights.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Our last wildlife drive in Serengeti National Park will begin after breakfast. Following lunch inside the park, you will make your way directly to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You may unwind, have dinner, and get a nice night's sleep in the lodging on the crater rim.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

You will descend 600 meters (2000 feet) to the crater floor after breakfast.
At first glance, the Ngorongoro Crater appears to be a lost planet. A virgin environment is hidden behind the towering volcanic walls, expansive savannah, acacia woodland enclaves, and shimmering lakes and swamps. The crater was formed two to three million years ago when a massive volcano burst and fell in on itself. It's an experience to drive down the crater, and once you get to the crater floor, you'll soon be surrounded by over 500 different species of birds, zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest. The best chance of sighting the endangered black rhinos, which is occasionally seen on the open grasslands, is in the crater.

You will have a lengthy game drive and lunch at the picnic site.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park

You'll leave for Tarangire National Park early in the morning after breakfast. The Tarangire River flows through the park, hence its name. The 'River of Warthogs' is the only source of water for wildlife in the area during the dry season. There are areas with a lot of flora, such as a luxuriant groundwater forest, acacia forests, and elephant grass. Elephant families, which frequently gather along the river, are the park's most famous feature. Additionally, you might spot hartebeest, bushbucks, and giraffes. Lions and leopards are among the many predators that closely follow these animals. Tarangire National Park is home to more bird species than any other place on Earth!

Following a long game drive and lunch, you'll make your way to our opulent partner lodge.
